See the caller ID your supplier really delivers.
Test any voice route on handsets in the destination country. See the number that arrived on each mobile network, the full SIP trace, and whether the answer was genuine, then share the report with your supplier.

Who it is for
For anyone who sells, buys or presents a caller ID
A caller ID that arrives intact is part of what a route is worth. CLI Check shows you whether it does, on the networks your traffic reaches.
- Carriers
- Check that a new supplier delivers the caller ID it sold you before traffic moves, and keep the proof when it changes.
- Call centres
- Make sure the number your agents present is the number customers see, so call-backs land and answer rates hold.
- Switch operators
- Test every supplier trunk on your Switch from one place, and send the result straight to the supplier when a route slips.
One test, the whole picture
The number you sent, the number they saw
Every test places a call over the route you choose to a handset in the destination. The number that appears on the screen is recorded next to the number you presented, with the network the handset is on.
Alongside it you get the answer check and the SIP trace of the call, so a mismatch comes with the evidence to fix it.
- Match, Partial, Replaced or Restricted
- Mobile network named on every result
- Post-dial delay and every SIP message
- Genuine answer or false answer

What it does
Caller ID testing built for carrier work
From a single check before you buy a route to every supplier tested around the clock.
Handsets in the destination
Each test rings a handset on a mobile network in the country you are testing, in 70+ countries. What the screen shows is what your callers' customers would see.
Caller ID, network by network
Results are recorded per mobile network, so a route that passes on one network and replaces the number on another shows up as exactly that.
A SIP trace on every test
Every request and response of the test call, with timings, kept with the result. Post-dial delay and where a call failed are there to read, not to guess.
False answer detection
Each answered call is checked against what the handset recorded, so a route that answers early or bills for calls that never connected is flagged.
Scheduled with RouteWatch
Turn any test into a monitor that runs on the schedule you set and records every result on a timeline.
Alerts where you work
Hear about a change by email, in Telegram or on a webhook into your own systems, the moment a test stops matching.
Reports your supplier can open
Every result has a shareable link with the caller ID sent and shown, the network and the trace. No account needed to view it.
Everything over the API
Start tests, read results and manage monitors over the REST API with the same key as the rest of your account.
How it works
Three steps to a verdict
In the dashboard or over the API, with the same account you already use.
- Step 1
Choose a route and a caller ID
Pick a supplier route on your Switch or the marketplace, or enter the SIP address of any switch. Set the number to present and the destination country. - Step 2
A handset takes the call
The test call goes out over that route to a handset on a mobile network in the destination. The number it displays is recorded beside the one you sent. - Step 3
Read the report, share it
Match, Partial, Replaced or Restricted, the network, the answer check and the full SIP trace. Send the report link to your supplier in one click.
Coverage
Handsets in 70+ countries
Tests run to handsets on mobile networks in the destination country, not to a lab. Before you start a test, the dashboard shows which destinations have a handset available right now.

Plans
One plan for tests and monitors
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of CLI Check tests and RouteWatch monitors, with every feature on every plan. A single caller ID test is $0.25 pay as you go. Plans bring that down to $0.16 a test, and extra tests beyond the plan still cost less than pay as you go. Paid monthly from your balance, cancel or change plan any time.
