How the Platform is run
- Checks before traffic flows
- We can ask any account for identity and business verification, and United States voice routes need a completed STIR/SHAKEN compliance profile and our review before traffic can flow.
- Traffic controls
- Calls to sanctioned destinations are blocked by default, and routes, numbers and accounts that break the Acceptable Use Policy are suspended.
- One record for both sides
- The buyer and the seller of a trade are billed from the same call record, and every charge, credit and withdrawal is written to a double-entry ledger you can see in your dashboard.
- Data kept only as long as needed
- Servers are in Germany. Signalling traces are deleted after 7 days, API request logs after 90 days, and recordings on the schedule each member sets.
