How revenue numbers work

Revenue numbers

Take numbers from our pool for free and earn on every answered inbound minute. Deliver calls to your own switch or let our platform answer them, test access in bulk, and watch your traffic land live.

  • Free to take, no monthly fee
  • Calls to your switch or our greeting
  • Payouts from $50

How it works

From taking a number to getting paid

Five steps, all in your dashboard. Nothing to install, and nothing to pay to start.

  1. Step 1

    Take numbers

Open an account and take numbers from the pool, free. Filter by country, range or payout, take numbers one at a time, a selection at once, or one of every type.

  2. Step 2

    Choose delivery

Send calls to your own switch, or let our platform answer them with your greeting. If your switch does not answer within 20 seconds, your greeting answers instead.

  3. Step 3

    Test access

Download free test numbers as a CSV, one per range, and call them from each origin you run. Every call is answered and logged, so nothing is lost while you test.

  4. Step 4

    Watch Live access

Live access shows every call reaching the pool, by origin and destination network. Signed in, enter your origin prefixes to see exactly which ranges your calls reached.

  5. Step 5

    Get paid

Answered minutes on numbers you hold build your balance. Request a payout from $50 once your settlement term has passed.

Interconnect

Delivering calls to your switch

Choose Your switch on the delivery page and we send each call to your SIP address, with a tech prefix and number format if you need them, and an optional channel limit. Allow every address on the sheet for both signalling and media.

Before you send traffic, run the connectivity test on the delivery page: it places a real call to your switch from each of our addresses and shows what came back. Test calls are not billed or credited.

Allow SIP and media fromEvery address. Calls are spread across all of them.

Testing access in bulk

Know which ranges your origins reach

Free numbers answer every call and log it, so you can test a whole country before you take a single number.

  1. Step 1

    Download test numbers

On the take page, download free numbers as a CSV: one per destination range, or every number, filtered by country. Each row has the number, country, network and type, range and payout.

  2. Step 2

    Call them from each origin

Push a few calls to each number from every origin you want to check. Free numbers are answered with a greeting, so your side sees a connected call.

  3. Step 3

    Read your results

In My test results, enter your origin prefixes (for example 5561 and 5581) and a window of 24 hours or 7 days. You see which countries and ranges your calls reached, how often and when last, and whether numbers are still free there.

  4. Step 4

    Take what works

Each reached range links straight to the take page filtered to those digits. Take the numbers there and point your traffic at them.

Calls to numbers nobody holds earn nothing, so a few calls per range is enough. Only the caller's first digits are ever recorded, never the full number.

API. Taking numbers, delivery settings, the connectivity test, live calls and call records all work with an API key too. Read the revenue numbers API guide (sign in required) or the public API reference.

Payments

Paid on our measurement, in whole minutes

You choose a settlement term when you take a number. A longer hold earns a higher share of the rate; once it has passed you can request a payout any day.

Questions

Before you send traffic

Is there a cost to take numbers?
No. Taking a number is free and there is no monthly fee. You earn a share of every answered minute on the numbers you hold. Release a number at any time from My numbers. A number held for a long stretch with almost no calls can be returned to the pool for someone who will use it.
Do calls come to my switch?
If you want them to. Set delivery to Your switch, for every number or per number, and we send each call to your SIP switch with the original caller ID. Leave it on Our greeting and our platform answers with the greeting you choose.
What if my switch does not answer?
If your switch does not answer within 20 seconds, refuses the call or cannot be reached, your greeting on our platform answers instead. The call is still answered and still earns. A connectivity test on the delivery page shows the result from each of our addresses before you send traffic.
Do I need to whitelist anything?
Only if calls go to your switch. Allow SIP and media from every address in the interconnect sheet above: calls are spread across all of them, and each one sends both signalling and media. With delivery left on our greeting there is nothing to allow.
How do I know my origins reach a number?
Call free numbers from the test number list. Every call is answered and appears on Live access within seconds, with the caller's first digits and the destination network. Signed in, My test results filters those calls by your own origin prefixes, so you see exactly which ranges your calls reached.
How is a call billed?
On our own measured duration of the answered call, rounded up to whole minutes, so even a short call pays a full minute. Your switch's records are never used for billing, and a call nobody answers pays nothing.
When do I get paid?
Each minute is held for the settlement term you chose when you took the number: 15 days for the full rate, 7 days for 95% of it, or 1 day for 88%. After that you can request a payout any day, from $50. Your identity check must be complete before the first payout, and each request is reviewed before it is paid.
Can I see what each country pays first?
Yes, without an account. The revenue numbers marketplace lists every country and range with the payout per minute under each settlement term, and how many numbers are free.
