Buy routes on the marketplace

Choose your own routes. Compare price, answer rate, call duration, post-dial delay and our Exchange Score for every destination, then let least-cost routing buy on the lowest price, the best measured quality, or the best quality for the money.

Buying for your own traffic has no monthly fee and no minimum: the only charge on top of the carrier rate is one small percentage, capped at $0.001. To resell minutes and messages to your own customers at your own price, run them on the Switch, a separate subscription from $500 a month.

The Exchange Score is our first-party 1-100 quality rating, calculated from the ASR, ACD and PDD we measure on live traffic - independent of anything the seller claims. A route with no measured traffic yet shows as unrated.

Sent via API or Dialer
2%of the route rate, capped at $0.001

A 2% platform fee on the route rate for each call or SMS you send through the REST API, MCP or the Dialer, and never more than $0.001 per call or message. Short calls to cheap destinations cost a fraction of the cap, so a dialer is not penalised for the shape of its traffic.

Sent over your SIP trunk
0.5%of the carrier rate, capped at $0.001

Calls you send us over your own SIP trunk (a direct switch-to-switch voice connection) instead of the API are billed at the carrier rate plus a 0.5% platform fee, capped at $0.001 per call. This is how most carriers connect.

What is covered
These are the only platform fees on ordinary voice and SMS traffic, wherever it terminates.
How voice is timed
Each route bills on its own increment, shown on the route: 60/60, 6/6 or 1/1 (the first billed block, then each step, in seconds).
How you pay
Accounts are prepaid. Top up from $5 by card or crypto, $100 by bank wire, and traffic draws down from the balance.
What sits outside it
AI voice agents ($0.25 per AI-connected minute) and phone numbers (a setup fee plus a flat monthly price) carry their own charges, and the Switch is a separate paid subscription.

Full detail of the charges outside the platform fee is on the Developer tab.

Rates and offers

Seller rates and buyer offers by destination, with measured quality beside each.

Least-cost routing

Picks the cheapest route, the best measured quality, or the best quality per dollar.

Per-call settlement

Every call is charged against its call record (CDR), which buyer and seller can both audit.

Route issues

Raise a failed call against the seller with its SIP code attached. The route is re-tested and our team mediates.

Do developers pay more?

No. Developer (pay-as-you-go) and Carrier / Wholesale draw from the same wholesale market at the same rates. Developer just auto-selects the route for you instead of you choosing it. The platform fee is identical.

Can I switch modes?

Anytime. Start on Developer pay-as-you-go to ship fast, then move to Carrier / Wholesale to hand-pick routes as you scale - same account, same API key.

How do I pay?

Prepaid. You top up a balance first - from $5 by card or crypto, $100 by bank wire - and every charge draws down from it.

There is no invoice at month end. If the balance runs out, traffic pauses until you top up, so you can never owe us money.

What do the telecom terms mean?

ASR
Answer-seizure ratio: the share of calls that connect.
ACD
Average call duration.
PDD
Post-dial delay: how long before the phone starts ringing.
LCR
Least-cost routing: automatically picks a route by lowest price, best measured quality, or quality for the money.
CDR
The per-call record that billing settles on.
A-Z
A rate covering every destination worldwide.
Billing increment
How voice time is counted, in seconds. 60/60 bills a first full minute, then whole minutes; 6/6 and 1/1 bill in 6-second or 1-second steps.
SMS segment
The billing unit for a text: 160 characters, or 70 with Unicode. A longer message is sent, and billed, as several segments.
Termination
Delivering a call to its destination.
Exchange Score
Our first-party 0-100 quality rating, built from the ASR, ACD and PDD we measure on live traffic. Independent of what a seller claims.
