Load a greeting onto your PacketExchange number in one click, no download needed.
Step by step
Put it live on PacketExchange numbers
- Step 1
Open your Phone Greetings project in the dashboard.
- Step 2
On any finished prompt, choose Load onto a number and pick one of your PacketExchange numbers.
- Step 3
Main greetings and menus become the number's menu greeting. Voicemail, out-of-hours and holiday messages become its voicemail greeting.
- Step 4
Open the number in Phone numbers to set the menu keys, voicemail and opening hours, then call it to hear the result.
Good to know
- Hold messages are downloads for now. They will load onto numbers once numbers have a slot for them.
